Mountain View Custom Meats is a local business with a passion for quality service.

Kevin and Heather Trosclair opened Mountain View Custom Meats in 2007 with the idea that they wanted to provide a custom meat service in a professional environment. Mountain View continually strives to update our equipment and processes to exceed our customer's expectations. We have been blessed to grow the business each year, but want to make sure all of our customers feel like they are in an exclusive "meat boutique."

Kevin entered the meat business in 1980 as an apprentice he then entered the US Air Force in 1982 and completed the military’s meat school. He then went onto complete his journeyman's requirements and managed the largest meat market in the military. When Kevin left the military in 1992 he went back into the civilian world with a business degree and a new career in electronics purchasing. During this time, Kevin kept his passion for meat processing, sausage making, and cooking and now brings this passion for meat into Mountain View Custom Meats.

Kevin and Heather feel blessed everyday to have such a loyal customer base, and to continue to add more customers into the Mountain View Custom Meats club!
